Kausani’s peacefulness inspired Gandhiji (Bapu) to stay back for a long while to meditate and write the introduction of “Anashakti Yog”. This inspired us to design cyclic and dynamic meditation sessions for spiritual purification through sub-conscious neurological level impact.

Kausani is the home of Pant, the poet of nature. Therefore, we also have nature trail hikes and village walks for “Earthing “ofyour body missing touch and connect of mother earth for so long.
